Extreme Climatic Conditions on the planet near the pole has meant that the magnetic forces on the Island have by some extreme forces of nature have become more intense in New Zealand. Hence the cause to readjust my diet and write this cookbook.

The Island is Extreme and the inhabitants on the New Zealand Island are even more Extreme than when Europeans first inhabited the Island. The People of New Zealand have acquired gene pools of various parts of the planet to allow them to stay alive on this Extreme part of the planet.

The changes in diet are to complement the gene pools which are important to the survival of humans on the New Zealand Islands and therefore other areas of the planet where humans are trying to survive and evolve. Returning to some very basic dietary requirements to combat disease and support these extreme genetic changes with minimal cost is the aim of this book.
